HOW CAN I BOOK MY INDIA TOUR?

*Feel free to call us for any sort of inquiry related to your tour during 10a.m to 6p.m except Sunday.
* Mail us at your convenience at yatrainternationaltour2022@gmail.com. *Kindly intimate us the number of persons(specifying number of adults and number of children below five years, your Date of Journey and Date of Return. *Within a week we will send you the Quotation along with the Itinerary in your Whats App or mail id. *After accepting the quotation kindly mail us for Booking Confirmation and you have to send 50% of the Package Cost in our Company Account.
After receiving your Booking Amount we will send you the Confirmation mail. Balance amount you have to pay SEVEN days prior to your Date of Journey.

*In certain places and under certain circumstances, conditions may apply.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY AT A PARTICULAR SPOT OF MY DESTINATION?

Ans: Yes, you can. But it must be intimated to us before Booking Confirmation.

WILL YOU ASSIST US TO MAKE OUR TOUR PROGRAMME?

Ans: Obviously. It is our pleasure to assist you to make your tour programme smooth and enjoyable by making your trip a memorable one.

CAN I MAKE ANY MODIFICATIONS IN MY TOUR PLAN AFTER BOOKING?

Ans: Whatever Modifications you can do positively before Booking Confirmation.
The modification is subject to certain minimum amendments and will incur administrative charges.

HOW CAN I SEND MONEY TO YOU?

Ans: You can send money to our Company Bank A/c which will be provided to you after your confirmation.

ON CANCELLATION OF MY TOUR PROGRAMME DUE TO SOME REASONS, HOW CAN I GET REFUND AGAINST CANCELLATION?

Ans: Cancellation Policy:

  • In any case of cancellation of Booking,it must be intimated to YIT before Booking Confirmation and by writing.
  • 30 Days before the commencement of Journey 30% of the total package cost will be deducted+cost of non refundable services like flight,jungle safari etc.
  • 29 Days upto 15 days before the commencement of Journey 50%of the total package cost will be deducted+cost of non refundable services like flight,jungle saffari etc
  • 14days upto 10 days before the commencement of Journey 75%of the total package cost will be deducted+cost of non refundable services like flight,jungle saffari etc
  • 10 days and less prior to commencement of Journey or NO SHOW…NO REFUND
  • In addition to the above mentioned cancellation slabs,in case of cancellation of tour after the booking is made with us,a minimum of 10% service charges would be applicable.However this is the discretion of the company.
  • IF the planned tour as per Ittiniery or any part thereof can not be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure,the company shall not be responsible to give any refund
  • For any unutilised services like sightseeing,rides,cruises etc due to any reason whatsoever by the client,there shall be no refund
  • During the Peak seasons and festive months full payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Flight tickets booked through us are non refundable.No refund for flight cancelled or delayed.Same is applicable for train tickets booked through us.These would be according to cancellation terms of respective Airline and railways policies.

WHAT DOES THE PACKAGE COST INCLUDE FOR INDIA TOURS?

Ans: PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

  • Accomodations in Three Star Hotels/Resorts and CPAI
  • Transportations
  • GST as applicable
  • Sightseeing as per Ittiniery

WHAT ARE EXCLUDED FROM YOUR PACKAGE COST?

Ans:Package Exclusions:

  • Any Entry fee,Guide charges at the places of tourist interests.
  • Any additional food or services ordered.
  • Tips, Porterage, Insurance, Laundry charge, Camera charge, Telephone calls, Herbal massages and any such other EXPENSES of personal nature.

DO YOU BOOK TRAIN TICKET AND FLIGHT BOOKING?

Ans:Yes, on request we book train tickets and flight booking with some extra charges as required.

WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD I CARRY WHILE TRAVELLING INDIA TOUR?

Ans:You have to carry your AADHAR CARD and COVID vaccination certificate (wherever necessary) and Passport size photo.

WILL YOU PROVIDE LAUNCH AND DINNER WHILE ON TOUR?

Ans:In case of group tours with number of persons more than 30,we arrange breakfast,launch and dinner while on tour.

HOW MANY DAYS BEFORE MY JOURNEY DATE SHOULD I DO THE BOOKING?

Ans:At least One month before your journey starts.

WILL YOU PROVIDE NECESSARY INFORMATION BEFORE THE DATE OF JOURNEY?

Ans:Yes we will try our best to provide you the basic information prior to your journey.
IS THERE ANY PROVISION OF DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN BELOW FIVE YEARS ON INDIA TOUR?
Ans.Yes.Children below 5years is not charged and children from 5 to 9 years of age are charged with 75% of cost per head(Conditions applied). Children 10years and above are charged full cost.In case of group tours conditions applied.

WHAT PLACES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR INTERNATIONAL TOUR?

Ans:Singapore, Thailand, Bangkok.
